Knox County Board of Realtors®

What is the KCBR?

The Knox County Board of Realtors® (KCBR) is comprised with over 200 members including Brokers, Realtors and Affiliate members.  KCBR is a non-profit trade organization for Realtors and real estate affiliated members.  KCBR is a professional organization for real estate professionals who sell real property and for businesses that work in or with the real estate industry.  KCBR owns and operates the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of Knox County which is an extensive database of homes for sale in Knox and surrounding counties.

KCBR is maintained by an Association Executive (AE) and a seven-member Board of Directors (BOD).  Voted by the General Membership, the BOD's meet once a month to discuss headline real estate matters that may or may not affect the home owner, potential home owner or its members.  The AE serves as the liaison between its Board of Directors, Members, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Realtor® members work within the code of Ethics, prescribed by the National Association of Realtors®.  KCBR and its Members continually strive to exceed all expectations while serving the public at the highest level of professionalism knowing that wise buyers and sellers don’t want to be sold, they want to be informed.

KCBR provides a variety of services to its members including education, insurance, and legislative representation, as well as membership in the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
